Laurynas Šikšnys was a postdoc at the Department of Computer Science at Aalborg University, Denmark. He received a BS degree in Informatics from Kaunas University of Technology, Lithuania, in 2007; and a MSc degree in Computer Engineering from Aalborg University in 2009. He received a joint PhD degree in Computer Science from Aalborg University and Technische Universität Dresden in 2014. His research interests include energy data management, energy data management architectures, optimization, prescriptive analytics, and cyber-physical systems. He is involved in many Danish and EU projects, where he worked on designing and developing solutions for flexibility management, predictive and prescriptive analytics, and model predictive control. He has published a number of papers in related fields. He received a Best Paper Award from the ACM E-Energy 2017 conference.
Co-Founder and Chief Scientific Officer (CSO), Professor in Big Data Analytics, Ph.D.
Torben Bach Pedersen is full professor of computer science at Aalborg University, Denmark. He has published more than 280 peer-reviewed papers on Big Data Analytics. His work has received more than 6400 citations on Google Scholar, yielding an h-index of 44. He is an ACM Distinguished Scientist, a Senior Member of the IEEE, and Member of the Danish Academy of Technical Sciences. He has worked on energy data management since 2007; in the MIRABEL, Totalflex, Arrowhead, DiCyPS, GOFLEX, and Flexible Energy Denmark projects with major grants from EU FP7 and Horizon2020 as well as Danish agencies. He received Best Poster/Paper Awards at the World Smart Grid Forum 2013 and ACM e-Energy 2017 for his work on energy flexibility using FlexOffers.

Rikke Hagensby Jensen is a interaction designer and user experience (UX) specialist focusing on green energy applications. She received a Ph.D. in computer science, focusing on UX and Human Computer Interaction (HCI) from Aalborg University.

Suela Isaj is a data scientist working with geo-social media and analytics. She received her Erasmus Mundus Joint Master in Information Technologies for Business Intelligence from Ecole Centrale Paris and Universite Libre de Bruxelles. She is currently finishing her Ph.D. on geo-social data analytics at Aalborg University.
